It happens for sure when you try to load media to your WordPress Blog Post or bage, or, rather when you try to access the media up-loader from the WordPress editor. The reasons could be inherent to WordPress, since WordPress 2.6 added support for Gears, to speed up the administrative interface and reduce server hits (wikipedia). It could be inherent to the recent Firefox update or to the Windows Vista Service Pack 2, or to Adobe Flash. In as much as I find, it’s not a Vista Issue as it also occurs on XP. For once Microsoft is out of the race. The culprit is the incompatibility between Firefox with WordPress Media loader and Google Gears and Adobe. Na! Competition is stiff when all competitors use the best frameworks available and the race becomes just double-fun! Here are the top 5 as I write ( things will change again I am sure): The YORGOO Times, the brand new site powered by YORGOO Press makes it to the top beating all those great and well established in house competitors :-) . Note, the next 4 are Dublicator Frameworks by Semiomantics, a brilliant script as well. But how about the next 5, occupying rank 6 –10? Ok,ok, don’t fall of your chair: Yeahhhhh these last 5 are all from the same family :-) . This gives my campaign a result of 6 top 10 positions in 12 hours!
